New glasses have arrived, ever so thankful, now to get used to them. Now the strain in my vision and headaches will go away, thanks to the prescription update. One happy customer here Edit: October 18,2024 I picked up my prescription Sunglasses today, bifocals in them also. 2 pair of glasses some $800, worth the update on my prescription. Noted I had Cataract surgery on both eyes. I had issues after the surgery, double vision headaches etc so back and forth getting check ups. I was questioning why my right bifocal was positioned closer into my inner frame, unknown to me, focus in my eyes are different on each side, and if I didn’t ask then I wouldn’t know, right? Glad I now have my glasses and like Shannon says “nothing personal, but I hope I don’t see you for awhile” exactly ☺️

Purchased Zeiss driving lenses with my newest prescription. Staff was new, so we learned about them together. I had paid and was leaving when they found a sample lens. Came to show me, made me more confident in the decision. Had my new glasses when I drove back from Alberta in the smoke, dark, construction etc. So happy with the lenses and the time and effort from the staff!

2nd pair of glasses following cataract surgeries and my vision is better than 20/20 driving and reading. Thanks to the staff at Barnhart Centre and Armstrong Optometry….

First off the front office staff were super, Emily who did the first tests was courteous, efficient and just plain wonderful. Dr. Scharf is absolutely incredible which is reflected by her staff. Was my husband's first visit and he said it was the most thorough exam he's ever had. Highly recommend this office to anyone.

After not having been to the optometrist for a number of years, I was super impressed with my experience at Armstrong Optometry! It was very easy to book an appointment online, and I much prefer being able to look at a schedule of all of the available appointments, rather than booking something over the phone, so that was awesome. I was able to get in fairly quickly, and there was literally no wait once I arrived for my appointment. The staff were friendly and did a great job of getting everything started. My eye exam was conducted by Dr. Main, and I felt that he did a great job. Thorough, clear, and friendly! I left with a better understanding of my eye health, an updated prescription, and the feeling that my health and well being had been very much attended to. Can't say enough good things about my visit. Great job, everyone!
